About

Hi, I'm Neeraj.

I turn ambiguous problems into products people actually use.

I got into product management almost by accident — I was the person on my team who kept asking "wait, why are we building this?" long before anyone called that a job title. Turns out that instinct is most of the job.

Since then I've spent my career at the intersection of user research, engineering trade-offs, and business reality — the messy middle where most good products actually get made. I care less about frameworks and more about whether the thing we shipped actually solved the problem we said it would.

Based in Bengaluru, currently focused on [your current focus/industry], and always happiest in the discovery phase of a new problem.
